In respect of all our customers schedules, if you arrive late you will lose the time on your session. Please aim to arrive about 10 minutes early to allow time to sign in and take full advantage of your assigned time.

Yes, we have one shower room available. Please limit your time to 10 minutes or less for our other customers.
