Use of Our Services
By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to use our services only for lawful purposes.
Section 2
Services Provided
Vitalize Wellness Lounge LLC provides wellness and recovery services including, but not limited to, contrast therapy, red light therapy, and compression therapy. All services are intended for general wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Section 3
Health and Safety Acknowledgment
By using our services, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, dizziness, illness, or other adverse effects. You agree to follow all safety instructions, posted guidelines, and staff directions at all times. You understand that a separate liability waiver must be signed prior to participating in services.
Section 4
Booking, Payments, and Memberships
Appointments are recommended to be booked in advance to ensure availability; however, walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability. Payment is due at the time of booking or service. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis until canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to change pricing, services, or membership structures at any time.
Section 5
Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions or fees. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
Section 6
Membership Terms
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared unless explicitly stated. Unused sessions may expire based on membership terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.
Section 7
Facility Rules and Code of Conduct
You agree to respect staff and other clients, use equipment properly, and follow all facility rules. Any unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises and/or termination of services or memberships without refund.
Section 8
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and accept that use of our services involves known and unknown risks. By choosing to participate, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of our services and facility.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitalize Wellness Lounge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or facility.

Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property while on our premises.

Intellectual Property
